This is the best place to have authentic laal maas and bati in Jaipur.. either enjoy dal bati or meat bati... you will really appreciate the place.. table with spices offers you an exquisite feel.
If you really wish to enjoy laal maas don't go anywhere except this place.. service is again good and no complaints on the location and ambience..
Located inside one of the oldest hotels of Jaipur "Achrol Niwas", which used to be the residence of king of Achrol, is now being managed quite well..
The Spice court has its own peculiar USP's...the taste of meat items is really remarkable, whether you are eating the Laal Maas or the Butter Chicken, the taste would leave you stunned & you wont regret even if you lick your palms!
One amazing thing which I noticed was, the restaurant doesnot have any music or television fitted anywhere & people are still enjoying the food, ambience & service....The only music I was hearing was dragging of chairs & people speaking to each other, which for me is WOW....atleast you are speaking to people who are dining with us, else everyone's busy on their mobiles or televisions in restaurants these days...
I think this is a learning to all those restaurants who say music is necessary!!! I say if your food tastes great & have a good service, you can do more than just the survival..
Food- 5/5
Service- 5/5
Ambience- 5/5
Location- 5/5
A must go for Jaipurites.....
That sounds excellent. I hadn't heard of Lal maas until *after* I was in Jaipur in 2016. I tried making it at home and it was good but I had nothing to compare it to. My son and I will be in Jaipur in February so we'll have to try this then!
ReplyDeleteActually Laal Maas is the best what Jaipur can offer to meat lovers, only if its cooked perfectly!!!
ReplyDeleteDo also try Junglee meat, if you get a chance from the authentic ones... my medicine for cough & cold: Junglee meat with Old Monk!!!😆
