Chai @ Pink City

So finally, this place gets added on to my introductory list over Zomato!!
The finest & oldest tea stall of Jaipur city!!!! Showcasing the tea tradition in the traditional way people enjoy!

Sahu Tea Stall is well located on the main Chaura rasta, Opposite to Sai Baba Mandir & was the reason why I went there!


Having checked on Zomato about the tea stall, I found people donot know this place exists, so took efforts & got this place added over the internet..

You would really love the way the tea is prepared over the charcoal & the brass patila giving the best taste of tea!

The Desi taste drags you back & I bet if you are inside the Pink City, you cannot stop yourself from getting here & relishing the "Chai"


Samosa, kachori, Bun samosa & my favourite order "Bun Makhan" are readily available on order!

The tea is really delicious & is cooked for long over the charcoal, multiple boils & regular skimming lets the tea infused & impart a better taste!!!!

You can find people of different age groups cluttered all over the tea stall be it mornings, afternoons or evenings!

People post morning walks love enjoying the tea sips at this place...at times I have also seen BMW's stopping & ordering teas :-D


Anyhow it is the one of the best places in Jaipur & the finest tea shop inside the Pink City!

No need to rate anything as the tea wins it all!

Must must visit whenever visiting the Pink City....

You do not get a place to sit, so either occupy & order yourselves inside your car or get a bike to enjoy the tea...

Kanji, according to my last blog was quite impressive, that's true but the Sikar Road outlet is equally unimpressive! Though of trying this place post my experience of Sindhi Camp one, but this has truly let me down! This outlet has a hotel attached to it with may be 20 rooms and a huge area for the sweetmeat shop! A place outside the restaurant for the fast food viz.. pao bhaji, chole bhature n stuff.... I could see the entire mise-en-scene has been done up well & whatever you want is packed ASAP! Colors!! Showing true colors!

This review is regarding the recent food promotion,  Barbeque Nights  @ Colors-All Day Dining restaurant at Park Inn Jaipur! Must say the Chef brigade is really working hard to take the name upwards!!!!!!! The delicious kebabs are the going to rock the city's food lovers! Must try: The Chicken Shawarma, super smooth & melt in the mouth -5/5 Bhopali Seekh- a new variation in the usual seekh kebab- 4.5/5 Mahi Kebab: Awesome fish delicately cooked to perfection-4.5/5 I would suggest this outlet to the people in the pink city & see the actual colors! This is going to be a weekend affair & is going to be amazing!! Dining in the Sea! Bay15

This resort is the best in class if you are looking for a quiet place in Goa which is not near but at the sea! Bay 15 has given more than 15 pointers!! Lol
