Kanji, has been an old name in the Jaipur city, since the opening & had been renovating outlets, experimenting with its creations time to time to entice its customers.....
Having increased the no. of outlets, but still the Sindhi camp outlet goes gaga when it comes to the taste of the outlet...It has been a bit away from people's eyes because of the competitor on the other side of the road, but the taste at this end of the road is marvellous.
Located on one of the busiest roads of Jaipur, Station road, would recommend not to take your car to the outlet & park at nearby parking, maybe under the Khasa Koti Flyover...
Options of dine in & take away are readily available & for take aways, there are few items which can last for approx. 5-7 days.
Coming to the food, which has really wowed me since the day I have had its kachoris... This place has the best Kachoris in the pink city..... Donot get carried away with big names in the city, if you love the taste, this is the place...
This place is not only about Kachoris, its majorly a sweetmeat shop, you can really relish the pethas, ghee smeared mithais, n more... will mention a few.
My take on the dishes here:
Kachori: 5/5
Coconut petha: 5/5
Moong Dal burfi: 4.5/5
Ghewar: 4/5
Chole Bhature: 4.5/5
Raj Kachori: 4.5/5
Its all in all one of the best place to have your sweetmeats & kachoris (raj & heeng :-P).
How to reach:
Take up the Khasa Koti flyover from the Railway station, on the other end you will find the outlet.
If coming from the Sindhi Camp its opposite the Polo Victory Cinema hall.
Conveniently located, be cautious of the traffic.
I would give a thumbs up to this place for the taste....
