F Bar & Lounge,Jaipur...the one’s to introduce Progressive Indian in Jaipur

Its awesomingly well constructed, even the cut glasses on the roof are in the shape of its significant F which stands for fashion of F Bar!! I just loved the ambience. Speaking about food wait for the platter to come to you and then judge.. u would get one of the best food in the town!!

Recommended for gourmets..

Kudos to the people behind the bar😂, F Bar!! A must visit on weekends.. i would suggest them to play some desi tunes too as English or EDM won't attract the Jaipurites!!..

The above experience was for the opening day! Since then, I have been a regular visitor of this awesome Lounge Bar.. I must say the food has kept on surprising me with the range of items & taste++ innovations.

Have met the head Chefs Chef Abhilash & Chef Amrendra who are a real gem.

The experiments on Molecular Gastronomy are Whoomph....

The reason for mentioning Galouti & Makhani is coz these two items are the most basic in India & if you cook these nicely, you are a true winner in the Kitchen....so all points to the Chefs behind the Kitchen...

Kanji Unimpressive @Sikar Road

Kanji, according to my last blog was quite impressive, that's true but the Sikar Road outlet is equally unimpressive! Though of trying this place post my experience of Sindhi Camp one, but this has truly let me down! This outlet has a hotel attached to it with may be 20 rooms and a huge area for the sweetmeat shop! A place outside the restaurant for the fast food viz.. pao bhaji, chole bhature n stuff.... I could see the entire mise-en-scene has been done up well & whatever you want is packed ASAP! There were chopped onion, tomatoes, coriander and chutneys & stuff placed in a bain marie & your orders are just binded ingredients in a closed jar and served to you which did not impress me..... I could hardly see the cooking of Bhaji or Chole for my orders of Pao Bhaji & Chola Kulcha....coz the items may be were cooked beforehand 2-4-6 donot know how many hours ago! Taste was again even worse than the usual chole & bhaji served any where in the city. Peop...

This review is regarding the recent food promotion, Barbeque Nights @ Colors-All Day Dining restaurant at Park Inn Jaipur! Must say the Chef brigade is really working hard to take the name upwards!!!!!!! The delicious kebabs are the going to rock the city's food lovers! Must try: The Chicken Shawarma, super smooth & melt in the mouth -5/5 Bhopali Seekh- a new variation in the usual seekh kebab- 4.5/5 Mahi Kebab: Awesome fish delicately cooked to perfection-4.5/5 I would suggest this outlet to the people in the pink city & see the actual colors! The best out of an Egg! @ Egg Mania

This outlet in #rajapark #jaipur is a true justice to eggs and #chinese!! Did not have such cool chinese till date in Jaipur.. They are a bit smaller in terms of place, but yes what i have always believed is "big things come in small packages" and I believe this is gonna be a big change in Jaipurites foodie habits.. They have given a good twist to the dishes and cuisine which is really good. The good thing is the recipes are not copied from any other place and is a genuine effort!! I must say don't judge a book by its cover, just drop down and try everything and i bet you won't regret!! Must must visit place in Jaipur!!
